This includes compressors, condenser coils, evaporator coils, fan motors, control boards, capacitors, contactors, reversing valves, and all other factory-installed components.
1-Year Labor Warranty
Our 1-year labor warranty covers the cost of technician time for any warranty repair during the first 12 months after installation. If a covered part fails within the first year, you pay nothing — parts and labor are both fully covered.
Lifetime Compressor Warranty (Select Models)
The compressor is the heart of your AC system and the most expensive component to replace. Select premium models from Trane, Carrier, and Rheem include a lifetime compressor warranty for the original homeowner. Covered Under Warranty
- All factory-installed parts (compressor, coils, motors, boards, capacitors, contactors, valves)

- Thermostat batteries and thermostat replacement (thermostats carry their own manufacturer warranty)
- Refrigerant recharge due to third-party damage or installation by another company
- Labor costs after the 1-year labor warranty period (parts remain covered for 10 years)
How to File a Warranty Claim
Filing a warranty claim with TampaCool is simple and fast. There is no runaround, no call centers, and no waiting weeks for approval.

- We schedule a service visit. A technician comes to your home, diagnoses the problem, and confirms whether the repair is covered under warranty.
- We handle the paperwork. If it is a warranty repair, we file the claim directly with the manufacturer. You do not need to contact the manufacturer yourself.
- Repair is completed. If we have the part on our truck, it is fixed the same day. If a part needs to be ordered, we expedite shipping and return to complete the repair as quickly as possible.
Tip: Keep your installation paperwork and register your equipment with the manufacturer (we help you do this at install). Registering your system is required by most manufacturers to activate the full 10-year parts warranty. Without registration, parts coverage may be reduced to 5 years.
